Ines Goncalves joined CyberCoach last summer in a hybrid role as Channel Partner Manager and Account Manager, with a focus on the LATAM market. She brings nearly 15 years of experience working with commercial teams, particularly within SaaS companies. Throughout her career, Ines has specialized in fostering strong client and partner relationships while driving awareness of the unique value propositions and innovative solutions she represents.
How Does Your Typical Day Look Like, Ines?
"No two days are the same for me, which makes my work both dynamic and exciting! I collaborate with partners and customers across the LATAM region and Western Europe, adjusting my schedule to align with these markets and maximize focus. Working in new markets means constantly adapting strategies, which keep things fresh and far from boring.
Partner collaboration is always a two-way learning experience - we support each other in growth. It’s incredibly rewarding to introduce partners to our unique approach and witness their excitement and engagement. I also gain valuable insights from partners about shifting market trends, key industries to prioritize, and what matters most to clients.
This year, we began working with 13 new partners, and it’s amazing to see how both partners and customers are starting to discover us organically. In many of my initial conversations with potential partners, they are already familiar with our work.
I’ve also had the opportunity to organize webinars alongside our Growth Marketer, Unai. These sessions have been an exciting platform to spark dialogue and bring thought leaders together. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the volume of questions and interactions during these events. The engagement and interest have been remarkable, with partners reaching out afterwards to continue the conversation."
Why CyberCoach? What Makes You Happy at Your Work?
"I truly appreciate the flexibility to plan my days around the needs of our customers and partners. It’s also incredibly refreshing to focus on a four-day workweek while having the fifth day to recharge. It takes real courage for a startup in a growth phase to prioritize work-life balance. In most small companies, the early days are often a 24/7 grind, and I’ve seen firsthand how burnout was a significant risk in previous roles. This level of support and modern approach to work makes us all more committed than I’ve ever experienced in any of my prior jobs.
What makes me happiest are the people. The CyberCoach team is the most supportive group I’ve worked with in the last decade. We have a great balance of diversity, and our team continues to grow internationally. Collaboration is a core part of our daily work—salespeople are actively heard when new features are developed, and our internal and external communication is both transparent and informative. The respect and mutual support within the team are unparalleled, and I’m grateful to be part of such an exceptional organization."
