How Does Your Typical Day Look Like, Unai?
"I love the variety of tasks and challenges that come my way each day. This dynamic environment of a growth company ensures that my workdays are always different. There’s always a buzz that keeps things exciting, whether I’m brainstorming content ideas, analyzing our performance, or creating engaging content for different platforms. Security and privacy impact every corner of our lives, making it easy to find fresh content ideas that showcase how we tackle security challenges head-on. There’s always something new to explore and share.
Working with LATAM markets sometimes means shifting my schedule to include evening hours for smoother marketing coordination. One of the best perks at CyberCoach is our four-day work week, which gives me the time to recharge, stay productive, and bring my best creative energy to work. This balance is key for my well-being and helps me keep my focus and enthusiasm strong.
Recently, I also started coordinating webinars with cybersecurity experts, and it’s been amazing to see such high engagement from both participants and speakers. Clearly, there’s a demand for more of these in the future, and I have tons of ideas I’m excited to try out!
