Get to Know the CyberCoach Team – Marcos Vinicius

Marcos is a member of our Brazilian Growth Team, who joined us a year ago. Marcos has been focusing on sales and partnership co-operation in the Latin American market, and also assisting in developing our product fit for the LATAM market. His background is in Sport Sciences, but he has recently switched towards a more IT business oriented career. His Master's thesis topic was about the Esports and gaming industry, which resonates both with his background and his passion for Tech.

How Does Your Typical Day Look Like, Marcos?

"My days are quite flexible job wise. Sometimes I work the usual 9am-5pm, but recently it’s been more like 12pm- 8pm because of the LATAM time zones I work with. Online sales meetings, follow-up meetings, CRM, cold calling, e-mail marketing, building relationships with prospects and clients through social networks; all the account management tasks resonate with my skills. Moreover, meeting and networking with new professionals is always very inspiring."

"Overall, what I like most about my work is the dynamic environment and versatile tasks. My work offers me new business challenges, requiring me to learn resiliency, adaptation and creativity. I started as a trainee, and with the possibilities to learn within the team and the company, I really have had space to grow in my role." 

"I have a permanent residence in Helsinki, Finland, but we can work fully remotely. For me, this means I can work even from my hometown in Brazil. It’s a crucial work-life balance factor being able to support my parents, while still being able to focus on my work."

CyberCoach works with partner organizations across the world, but especially in the LATAM market, the activity has been high. Partners can build their own services on top of CyberCoach, easily building proprietary content for their customers on top of everything CyberCoach offers out-of-the-box. CyberCoach complements the traditional safety and security training methods with a new way to understand security and act in a safe way, with natural precaution.
