Jasper Jäntti has been an Account Manager at CyberCoach since September 2023. In this role, he focuses on expanding the customer base in Finland, but also internationally. With a robust portfolio of clients under his management, account management plays an important part in his responsibilities, as well as acquiring new customers all the time. Originally from Helsinki, Finland, Jasper is often on the move—whether he’s exploring across Europe, wandering through Turkey, or enjoying the occasional getaway to Mauritius.
How Does Your Typical Day Look Like, Jasper?
"My weeks vary significantly. My days involve managing existing client relationships: tracking user engagement and satisfaction, discussing any needs or feedback with my key contacts, and ensuring they have the support they need. But mostly I focus on identifying new potential clients, setting up demo sessions, and negotiating contracts.
Building close client relationships is a particularly rewarding aspect of my work. Our entire Growth Team agrees on the importance of assigning a dedicated account manager throughout the customer journey. This approach enables us to consistently monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly if adjustments are necessary.
Providing a solution that fosters a psychologically safe learning environment for training and awareness is incredibly fulfilling. I also enjoy learning about diverse industries, as our clients span a wide range of fields. CyberCoach's flexible platform allows for unlimited learning paths, supporting both technical and non-technical roles—from developers to accountants and mechanics—so that any organization can seamlessly integrate our security awareness training into their existing model.
I have gained extensive knowledge about cybersecurity and regulatory compliance and am constantly developing technical skills, especially with the support of our tech team, with whom I work closely. They are always available to assist with client needs and respond quickly. Additionally, non-technical staff, particularly those of us in customer-facing roles, have constant opportunities to contribute to the product itself. Whether it's suggesting new features, addressing language considerations, or developing new training materials, our insights are genuinely valued."
