Harshita Bhati has been working with data analytics at CyberCoach since April 2022. Harshita is an experienced educator with a background in conducting data analysis to support academic research projects. As a Data Engineer at CyberCoach, she brings her academic experience and analytical skills forward to support us in making informed decisions based on data insights.

How Does Your Typical Day Look Like, Harshita?

"I create extensive data dashboards on CyberCoach performance and user satisfaction, and I also collect other data to understand our sales processes and communication & marketing activities. I provide data views and reports to many parts of the organization, so they have a clear understanding of what we have achieved, and what areas can improve."

"It is really rewarding to see firsthand what our end users think about the trainings. I am always amazed by the quantity and content of feedback received, as it really helps us to develop. It’s heartwarming to see our end users care about giving feedback."

"We review this feedback every week with our feedback and data team. Additionally, we discuss the feedback with the contact person of each user organization during feedback meetings. Feedback helps us understand users' needs and preferences, allowing us to enhance their CyberCoach experience."

CyberCoach Learning in an Anonymous Safe Space

CyberCoach as a tool provides data about usage per training and per company. We actively follow general performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis, focusing on ratings and feedback given by the end users, always respecting the anonymity of individual users.

Comparing training specific ratings, we quickly understand what topics need to be developed further or what trainings are most popular. We are thrilled to see our users give a lot of open feedback. This helps us to tackle any potential issues quickly, even before the admin contacts us.

Users can give ratings and open feedback after every single training. This helps us to understand training-specific development needs. We have also added a possibility to give general feedback and report bugs. Although bugs don’t appear often, this is a way for us to be able to react fast.

Data Available Also for Customers and End Users

CyberCoach provides information about the performance and impact of training also for admins. The admin dashboard helps follow and report on various security awareness and culture metrics.

Also, employees see all their training data, and they can decide to share the completion status with the admins. The employer only sees the individual's training completion status, and individual responses in the trainings are anonymous. Users can follow their own progress in their profile.

What do CyberCoach Users Think About CyberCoach?

4 in 5 employees say they learn new, useful skills with CyberCoach awareness training.

The average rating from January 2024 until end of July 2024 is 4.21 out of 5.

A total of 15,000 users have made the effort to rate and 539 users have provided open feedback during this time, although it is not mandatory to do so.

Some examples of feedback we have received through CyberCoach:

"This topic was really important, it included stuff we think is clear, but actually I saw I needed the reminder."

"This was surprisingly challenging, I really had to think about the answers. And I didn’t get everything right. Maybe I don’t have a future as a cyber-criminal 😊"

"Having now completed all the modules, I can say I like the training. I like the format; it feels like a conversation. And I also learned something new even though I felt like I already knew quite a lot about this topic."
